Welcome to |
The Conscious Leadership Guild, a professional membership association, was formed in 2018 in order to provide continuing support for our members in improving the quality and effectiveness of our work in conscious leadership. We were incorporated under the Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law of California and were granted non-profit status by the IRS in early 2020.
Following a retreat called the Conscious Leadership Congress at 1440 Multiversity in mid-February 2018, follow-up groups took on various tasks inspired by the Congress, including the formation of the Guild. An international group of 18 executives, consultants/coaches and academics collaborated to form teams of volunteers to cover various functions and launch the Guild several months later.
